Dreaming Earth | Hawk Warning

Hawk Warning

09/06/2000

DREAM: HAWK BROTHER

I buy three different Hawks and bring them home. The last one is the largest. He seems very aware and steps onto my arm willingly. He comes with me toward the house - as a man. Like the Hawk, the man is big, dignified, aware, quiet, serious or even grave.

DIALOG WITH HAWK BROTHER

HAWK: And now we must talk.

R: About what? You seem quite serious.

HAWK: Things are moving now, more rapidly. Things are moving toward crisis - rather sooner than you humans would like to believe.

I am sad for you. Many will suffer the damages and consequences of the line of development you have been following by your choices - the line of acquisition and material mastery. Many now are.

R: What can we do to help?

HAWK: Much must play itself out. Nothing can easily reverse the many choices that have been made by so many of you. Preserve and conserve what you can in small places, small ways. Start making different choices without the illusion that they are a solution to the many ills confronting you all now.

R: What is it that is important now?

HAWK: Listening within. Following inner guidance. Asking the deep and difficult questions:

• IS MY LIFE-WAY TRULY SUSTAINABLE?

• AM I FOLLOWING MY TRUE PATH, MY HIGHEST CALLING?

• IF AT THE DEEPEST LEVEL, WE ARE ALL ONE, HOW THEN SHALL I LIVE?

• AM I LIVING FROM LOVE? IF NOT, WHAT AM I LIVING FROM?

R: What do you want me to do?

HAWK: Be with me. Love me. Keep me in your awareness and your heart. Follow my lead at the right time. Express your passion for the Earth beautifully, in art, word, ceremony.

Live as if Life depends on you. It does!
